This is amazing. I'm currently writing a second follower and have been inspired to write idle comments to this and your cities/town sounds. I really enjoy the creepy horror like atmosphere.
Something like this but Bloodchill Manor would be awesome. In my game its a player home for vampire/demon followers, if you see my follower Cubbi you probably know what happens there.

I have a request I would absolutely love to have. Daggerfall dungeon Ambiance using the original sound effects from the game, but add some reverb to it to make it sound far away.
Does this affect sounds outside of dungeons? I am asking because I have been on the hunt for a mod that mutes that load howling wind that seems to sneak its way into too many dungeons that have no reason for the audio being present. For those mods that soften or silence the audio, they affect seemingly unrelated things like sound effects outside of dungeons (which I am guessing means they use the same audio for some/all things). There was also a bug in one mod I found where the dripping water sound effect would go from on to off and vice versa within proximity to certain places in dungeons. There is zero soft transition or anything it is just a hard on or off.
The only way that would happen is if whatever specific tavern you're referring to uses a dungeons acoustic space or audio region, since this doesn't touch vanilla records. Can you tell me the location?

okay after digging more into it if you have alternate start. and mod from mihail that adds ghost/wraiths into dungeons it the sound made by monster somehow just simply follow your character into the inn and realoding the location helps getting rid of this problem
