Magic Absorption Fix, all water is damaging (for needs mods like Survival Mode), Max Crime Alarm Distance reduced to 1000, Underwater breathing 60 seconds, warning radius of hostiles when trying to wait or sleep reduced to 1000, and various immersive message changes

The fixes listed above, and the interactions/message changes below:
Carrying too much is now "All this stuff is too heavy"
Not enough charge is now "Damn, it ran out of juice"
Activate is now "Use"
Open (door) is now "Go Through"
Sit is now "Sit Down"
Talk is now "Talk to"
Optional File: All of the above and no crime penalty for transformations, for those of us who transform to save the villagers from dragons and don't want to pay a 1,000 fine to save their asses. :-)
*****Yes, you can make these tweaks yourself using Wryebash. But do you want to do that each and every time you start a new game with a new load order? I don't! That's why I made these tweaks so I can simply carry them forward each time. Thought I'd share. :-D
