Adds Travel Rations for an immersive fast travel alternative.

Travel rations are a new food item that you can craft at a cooking station.
When you eat the travel ration it will open the world map.
Mod Demo Video:
It comes with 6 cooking recipes to make more.
One ration and a note detailing the ingredients are located in Faendals House in Riverwood.

Any 1 of these meats
Venison, Horker, Mammoth, Horse, Goat
Combined with
2 Salt
Vegan option
3 Cabbages and 3 Potatos
