I loved rudy102's mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/22706 adding ENB lights to arrows - to a point I didn't like some of the stronger arrows I found in my game, because they wouldn't glow and it was a pain to find them after combat. Plus they severely lacked in swagger and that's unforgivable.

I realized there was a tutorial for adding ENB glow to things in the mod files, so I checked it out and decided to try to add glow to the other arrows in my game. It kinda worked so I'm sharing it in case someone else would want to have it.

It is *not* the same quality as the original mod, the word janky is in the name for a reason! Here's why:

1. I wanted glowing arrowheads, but I didn't make new textures perfectly shaped to the arrows so they will not look as cool or creative. I have simply taken whatever texture/mesh/texturemesh (idk, ok? me noob) from rudy's made arrows was the closest to fitting to the new arrow and slapped it on. That's it. There's gonna be a severe lack of fanciness there, but it is what it is. I neither have the time nor determination to learn how to and make beautiful custom textures for each arrow type, sorrey.

2. I only edited the projectile arrow files, which means when you have the arrow held in the bow they will not have the shiny arrowheads. Those arrow meshes on the bow are bundled with quivers or whatever, I didn't investigate further and I didn't touch them (which also means this mod won't overwrite any of your fancy quiver meshes you might've downloaded).

Since rudy102's tutorial said to make our own ENB additions by copying stuff from his files, I assume it's fine that I did that just and am uploading this. This mod still requires the original mod, because it uses textures from the original (even though there's a few recolors included in my mod).

As far as I'm concerned, you're free to take my textures/edited arrow meshes and edit them better/add the shine to quiver versions based on these, whatever, I don't care. Enjoy.

FAQ:

1. I'm not using Immersive Weapons/Legacy of the Dragonborn/aMidianborn Content Addon though, I just want <insert a part>. What do?

Nothing do. Unless a mod calls for these meshes, they just won't do anything. If you want to be pedantic you can open the meshes folder and delete them, but these are tiny files so you can also just ignore them and be on your merry way.

2. BUT WHY DID YOU MAKE EBONY ARROW BLUE OMG THAT'S SO GNARLY OMG PLS HELP!!!!!!

Open meshes/weapons/ folder and delete the ebony folder, the end.

3. Please make a glowing arrow for mod X! Also I want iron, steel etc arrows to glow too!

Download NifSkope and rudy102's tutorial from under any of the More Lights for ENB mods and copy stuff onto your stuff like the pictures say. It's surprisingly noob-friendly sort of deal and you can apply stuff to all the arrows you desire. Be a master of your destiny!

(this addon is provided as-is, I'm very unlikely to ever add any more arrows/edit these ones, I don't plan to mod Skyrim anymore which means no interest in editing stuff)

4. I like the glow, but your glowing arrowhead edits suck.

Open NifSkope and remove the arrowhead glow branches (just click around you'll see which one it is, it will become highlighted - there's 2 glowing branches, one for the ENB glow (the shine) and one for arrowhead (the glowing texture)). You can even keep just the arrowheads and remove the ambient glow if you're weird like that. No judgement.
