SUMMARY:
This mod adjusts the landscape for Cities of the North - Winterhold. 

I made this landscape adjustment for my playthrough and thought other users may benefit as well.

The file is espfe.

UPDATE: 
Some visual errors are experienced only when using Dave's UFHD Mountains. 

- Three optional files have been uploaded.
(1) COTN Winterhold Rock Fix - this will fix the floating ice. For COTN Winterhold users only.
(2) Daves UFHD Winterhold fixes the landscape issue in the first photo - and is for Dave's HD Majestic Mountains users.
(3) The third file COTN Winterhold Daves UFHD is for a visual issue resulting from using both mods.

The Main File is for users of both who want an all in one.

COMPATIBILITY NOTES:
Should work for both COTN Winterhold and The Great Cities (TGC) /COTN Winterhold users. 

JK users: I am not sure what the results would be for JKs users.
