   4.2+ is not ESL. I had to do it myself, but overall a fascinating mod.

   So am I supposed to be attacked by Foresworn when I've never been there before ? I haven't even started a single task/quest in skyrim?

      Yes, that's how it is in vanilla as well, the mine is overrun by Forsworn.

   I like the concept idea of the mod. It makes a forgettable atea from the game alive. It would it be nice to have the option to either buy the place from Pavo or take over if he dies. Still nice mod and thank you.

   some good news! incredibly, Left Hand Crossing SSE works perfectly out-the-box with this mod, no patches, no problems, ... it just works.

   Any chance for a standalone additional bosses/enemies plugin which is compatible with Environs - Kolskeggr ?
   
   Just like the additional guards plugin from your Kolskeggr Miner's Hall mod

   I'm probably too dumb to figure this out. Or if it's already addressed in your description (couldn't find it unless I missed it). But I've run into an issue where pavo's double bed is glitching with the twin bed from before the patch. Everything else looks good except that spot. I have only one mod that affects the area (Pavo's house mod by wiz), but I saw a pic here that seems that it wouldn't be a conflict. I don't have any other major overhauls. 😭 I did do the quest before installing, so if that's a problem? 
   Edit. I disabled the twin bed. Which seems to have fixed things. XD for now.

    Just so people know, there's a conflict with Civil War Battlefields that blocks off one of the stairs.
