Works for enabling the mod, but I've noticed that despite the Study Time modifier saying 300%, when I try to learn a spell it gives me 100% learning times (3 hours rather than 9). If I manually tweak the slider down and back up then the appropriate time is given. Not a big deal, but I thought I'd report.

This is a completely different MCM, I can make a loader for it.
It already has MCM Helper support. No need for patches.
