I am using the latest version 1.4 on Special Edition and it is very comfortable. I thought it was great that it is now available in Sneak.
Also, I was a little short with 3 slots, but now I have 5 and it is a lot of fun. Thank you very much.
By the way, I don't think Mr.AndrealphusVIII is playing the VR version, so I don't think you are interested in the report of using the VR version, but let me report the result of using the VR version.
Currently, only Ver1.1 seems to be usable in VR.
I have used all versions since Ver 1.2. I can memorize the spells. However, I cannot use the voice set to power.
Also, in Ver1.1, magic that needs to be continuous cannot be used continuously, even if I operate it like the SE version.
I wonder why only Ver1.1 works in the VR version.
Continuous magic cannot be used in the VR version, but single shot magic can be used. It is useful is the same as the SE version. So I use Ver1.1 in VR version.
If by some chance I can use it in the VR version, I will be lucky. Thank you very much.
Sorry to bother but I'm getting the problem of spells getting interrupted while casting, I saw your answer in the comments recommending to disable mods to find the incompatibility but I'm using a modlist with tons of mods and I was wondering if there's another way of knowing which mod is triggering your failsafe (Console, logs, SSEedit...)

If your spells get interrupted by a mod that's constantly using the Cast function, it can be tricky to pinpoint which one is doing it. I'd recommend a binary search. It's probably your best bet to find the mod that's causing it. Good luck!

I can set it all up just fine, but when I go to use 99% of the time it just plays the power use no mana sound and nothing happens (but it's not a mana issue it will do this regardless of everything). However every once in a blue moon it will go off lol.
It almost certainly is. I was unable to narrow it down though, so I just have to go without unfortunately. Cool stuff though, this is probably the best implementation of this I've seen so far.
Did you find the culprit? I've had some issues with it when I try it the first time when I fire up the game; it may take two to seven times 'shouting' before it actually does anything... kind of like a recalcitrant chainsaw. Not going to stop me from using it as it expands my options no matter what type of character I play. Just a bit of a hassle to get the 'chainsaw' started, lol.
Hi! Just wanted to leave a comment because this mod is literally everything I needed for my ongoing playthrough! I'm using Triumvirate magic (shadow mage spells specifically), and a Scythe as my main weapon, but as it is a 2-H weapon, it makes spell casting clunky, having to weave hotkeys between spells and melee... So using the spells as lesser powers is absolutely perfect! I can dash across the battlefield and one shot people like a menacing reaper :D Truly congratulations on your mod šš» šš»
I do have some issues going though, which are known, for example there's a ~2 seconds delay between the pushing of the key and the spell going off (I'm getting used to the timing and pacing, but 2 seconds delay.. it's very noticeable). Also, the alternative animations are not playing correctly, it plays the same damaging-shout animation (from Goetia Animations - Conditional Shouts) for every spell. I assume it's on my end because I have nearly 700 mods and a lot of custom animations for combat, the game is probably struggling as it is xD but I wanted to register my experience anyway. It's being mostly positive besides these issues. If you have any suggestions as to improve quality of life, I'm all ears!

(Edit: On second testing, I found that the alt animations work if I disable Goetia shouts, I thought because of load order your animations would win over theirs ^^" So I'll just disable theirs for now since I don't plan on being dragonborn. Only the delay remains, but I'll get used to it)
Thank you for this mod! Iād like to report an issue I encountered. When I cast the summon spell as a lesser power, if the target location is out of range (too far to summon), the magicka does not regenerate as expected. Additionally, the magicka cost is still depleted, even though the summon does not succeed.
Thanks for the mod it works great. Is it possible to equip a normal shout and a voicecast spell at the same time? Something like double tap for voicecast and one tap for regular shouts? hahaha sorry for asking too much I play with controller
Just want to express my gratitude for this mod! I've always disliked the restriction of being unable to use magic while holding a 2h weapon.
I pray for one day to have the spellcasting animations in 1st person like the Skywind video in your description does. But from what little I've looked into, modding first person animations seems like a daunting task :(
To anyone who thinks it's too strong, riddle me this! Isn't it stronger to be able to instantly vanish an equipped weapon and pull out two magic hands using favorites? :P
