- Renamed the mod title to "Cast Spells As Lesser Powers - Oblivion-like Spell Casting" Reason being: Many people confused my mod for a VR mod that had microphone input functions.
- Removed some animation variable bool requirements, to provide better compatibility for animation overhaul.
- Decreased global cooldown of spells to 1.0 (down from 2.0) This might change again depending on how it works out.
- Decreased polling time when casting a concentration spell to 0.5 (down from 1.0). This hopefully makes casting concentration spells a little bit more responsive and decrease delay when stopping the cast.

- Changed some animations for spells cast on self.

- Added 2 more voice spells that can be bound, up to a total of 5.
- Concentration spells no longer require the "tapping method" and will be cast once you hold the shout key down.
- Fixed an issue when spamming the shout key, resulting in a chaos of unfired scripts. As such casting these spells now have a 2 second global cooldown.

- Fixed a bug where you were unable to cast any spells through voice, when having no spell assigned.
- Added failsafes to prevent using the lesser powers when jumping, sneaking, attacking, blockbashing, or casting spells with your hands.
