Thief encounters who try to mug you should recognize you as a Thieves Guild member if you're Guild Master. ESP-FE

FEATURES
When you encounter a thief in the wilderness, they have unique dialogues if you wear a piece of Thieves Guild armor or Nightingale armor, immediately recognizing you as such and possibly giving you offerings\gifts. If you aren't wearing such a piece, but have it in your inventory, you get another dialogue to tell them that you're either a guild member or a Nightingale, making them walk away without a fight.
This mod adds a few conditions to the thieves guild version of the greeting, which checks if TGLeadership is at stage 200, which involves you officially becoming Guild Master. It also checks if you're in the TG Faction at rank 1 (which is Guild Master). If all conditions are met, the wilderness thieves should immediately recognize you as a guild member, even if you don't wear an armor piece or carry one on you.
