Silverthorn Weaponry seems to be a sacred weapon in my interpretation.
I thought that it should be equipped with VigilantOfStendarr.
And some Silver Hands will have it too.
The high-profile vampire who turned back VigilantOfStendarr and the terrific melee fighter should also have it as a trophy.
If you want to create such a leveled list, these tools make it easy!
