Runed Nordic Weapons are distributed to Nord and Draugr with SPID

Runed Nordic Weapons is a beautiful and mysterious set of weapons.
They have shining and mysterious patterns.
I think these weapons are worthy of being buried in a sacred cemetery.
So I thought Draugr should have them.
Exceptionally, some Nords can also have them.
This is because they may be heirlooms of the family.
If you want to create such a leveled list, these tools make it easy!
