The blurred texture of the windhelm was redrawn and replaced.
The purpose was to have a more HD balanced reality and unrealistic wind direction.
Because there are too many UV errors in windhelm, even though many people have fixed them.
So I only provided the parallax texture, and the parallax mesh was downloaded by yourself.
