Troubleshooting:
Make sure you've downloaded the Latest Version of the mod.
Make sure you've properly installed SKSE and SkyUI.
Make sure you aren't using Incompatible Mods.
First try disabling then re-enabling the mod by going to MCM > General and unchecking "Enabled"
Do not use any save games with 1.0.0 (it was not ESL-Flagged). v1.0.1+ is now properly ESL-Flag (thank you SheaMcD5 for catching that).
If updating to v1.1.1 or higher, make sure the ../Data/Seq/Shadow of Skyrim.seq file is deleted.
If the MCM menu is not showing/not fully loaded, please wait a few minutes and try again. It can take a while to appear the first time you install the mod, especially if you are starting a new game with hundreds of mods that a...
