Hey guys! Thanks for checking out the mod, make sure to post a question about any mods that may or may not be compatible/incompatible with Coin Purse - An Overhaul For Skyrim.

I check each mod site every day and almost every hour (though I do need sleep sometimes )

Make sure to read the description if you have a question and if there is no adequate answer there leave a comment here and I will check it, and more than likely add an answer to the main page.

Don't forget to leave an endorsement if you like the mod and if you downloaded it!

    Stay awesome guys!

So looking at the hardcore patch, I noticed you require all three versions of coins of tamriel to be installed. You need sse edition, v2 sse edition and v2 hardcore edition. May I ask why that is? The coins of tamriel mod require ONE version to be installed and not the others together. Your patch does not include the hardcore version as a master. It only has the other two versions I mentioned before.

Cool little mod. You might consider adding pearls to the leveled list.

I've made a standalone 2020 updated version of this mod but its made differently and uses a different formula, if interested https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/37702/

Features gems found a little less often and all gems included!

This mod is so simple but it adds SO MUCH to the game. I loved this. It's definitively a permanet mod in my modlist. Endorsed!

Why not include an MCM for it that lets people customize their coin pouches and gems etc?

+1 While you can tweak the values in SSEEdit, this would still be convenient and awesome :)

The patch for coins of tamriel v2 hardcore has the wrong masters, also some gem variants seem to be missing from the coin bags, making those really rare to come across
Otherwise good mod. If you can solve those issues then great, if not, then it's ok either way

Awesome idea! Gems are such fascinating, beautiful items and I love whenever I can find them in a dungeon. I usually just hoard them, as I love to make some kind of chest full of glittering jewels.

I'd love to download this mod, but I can't get behind how often gems are added to the coin purses in the current version. As much as I love jewels, this sounds like too much, and it doesn't include all of the jewels that are in the game.

muellerkarl1985 offered some excellent feedback in terms of balancing this mod.

Here are my suggestions and value breakdowns. My values are based off of gems being worth about 70% of their original value:

    Cheap Coin purse
    - 15 gp
    - 7% amethyst
    - 10% garnet
(Average value change: 5 in original, 29 after mod, max 209)

    Medium Coin purse
    - 25 gp
    - 10% ruby
    - 5% sapphire
(Average value change: 15 in original, 55 after mod, max 500)

    Rich Coin purse
    - 45 gp
    - 10% emerald (+45)
    - 5% diamond (+23)
(Average value change: 30 in original, 113 after mod, max 1045)

So, just out of curiosity, if I were to go into xedit and change the values even further, that would work still, correct? Sorry, I had a mod in oldrim that allowed you to change the amounts and I always made it closer to 100 :P
