Lore
Long ago a Dwemer man stubbled upon a shield while traveling. A curious shield that would give off bursts of lightning. The Dwemer spent the rest of his life trying to unlock the secret of the shield's power. He never discovered that the power was drawn straight from Oblivion.
Description
The Plasma Shield has base stats matching a daedric shield and is heavy armour. When blocking, it creates a lightning cloak around the shield wielder that damages nearby opponents. The shield can be tempered like a daedric shield and requires the Arcane Blacksmith perk.
Location
The Plasma Shield is found on the overlook of a dwemer tower known as Reachwind Eyrie. The tower is south-east of Markarth and north-east of the orc stronghold of Dushnikh Yal (see screenshot of map).
