If you want this mod to work, you need to be extra mindful on how to download TK dodge RE - only download the meshes file from TK Dodge SE THEN download TK Dodge RE. If you are using Vortex, delete the file #tkuc$21.txt.vortex_backup in data/Nemesis_Engine/mod/tkuc/1hm_behavior. I didn't have .vortex_backup at the end so I deleted #tkuc$21.txt instead and it works. Run it through Nemesis engine, checking the TK Dodge RE. THEN go to data/SKSE/Plugins and open TK_Dodge_RE.ini. Go to the StepDodge in the .ini folder and change it to "true".
It should work now. Your default button is your "L Shift" key. You can change this in the TK_Dodge_RE.ini folder.
Works like a charm, ty. im on 1.6.640. If any has problem with side stepping, on tdm set draw movement to vanilla. What is the number key to mouse button 5?

OAR should work out of the box as all DAR mods should work with OAR the more likely culprit is incompatible mods (just a heads up CGO is entirely incompatible with TK Dodge)
