Moves Ambriel's house further away from Winterhold to avoid collisions with JK's expanded town. ESL, cleaned, navmeshed and error free.

The house was moved far enough away to avoid conflict with any civil war triggers or other exterior edits to Winterhold.
I've also added a dragon roosting position on top of her house.
In theory it's probably compatible with most Winterhold expansions if you clean JK's as a master, as only 2 cells are edited, but I've only tested with JK's. Other city overhauls aren't supported.
