Nirn Falls Manor is a medium house located north of Ivarstead on a waterfall.
This house comes with all the amenities needed, six child beds and 6 follower beds and provide a great view and ambiance.

Welcome to Chronepsys's Nirn Falls Manor !
First of all, you can find the original mod Here : Nirn Falls Manor from its autor : Gh0zt_W0rkz.
You can download it to compare the things i added.
- Description -
Nirn Falls Manor is a medium sized house located just north of Ivarstead, south of the Vatheim tower and west of Fort Amol.
This secluded home keep a relaxing ambiance with a touch of faeries.
With all amenities needed, you will find smelter, forge, tanning rack, bla bla bla... All you need !
Masters bedroom with lovely bath.
Child's bedroom with six beds and compatible with Hearthfire Multiple Adoption thanks to TMPhoenix
Follower bedroom with six beds.
The garden offers some planters, a little little farm and pools for you to forget that you have a world to save from alduin, miraak, hakkon...
Bath and pool scripted for being auto-undress NPC.
Sculpting mirror in master's room.
A secret room keep a Teleport hub which can brings you to every capital you wish.
You will find a "Teleport spell" for bringing back to the entrance and a "Take Me Home" spell which can bring you to the Teleport hub and back to your first location.
Sure, if you do not like those eases, you can simply ignore them.
