The legendary arrow from TES:IV Oblivion no in Skyrim. It's a one shot kill arrow to get it type "the rose of sithis" with quotes and it will give you the id number. any authors that know how to make the arrow appear on the bow feel free to do so but credit me ok . dovakiin82 .is my other account :P
