Is it normal to be playing for 10 days, with 170 hours of gameplay, and having collected only 6 Dragon Souls, with having only the 2 free shouts? If not, then I will download the mod.
No, that seems pretty low. Within 50 hours it's typical to have a dozen or more dragon souls.
There are 24 dragon mounds in Skyrim and Solstheim, plus a few loose dragons, and up to 27 shouts.
Most dragon souls are expected to come from dragons who spawn randomly, usually during fast travel. These can be problematic, however, as they kill random NPCs, are a distracting nuisance, and with hardcore mods like Requiem can straight-up obliterate an unprepared/underleveled player through no fault of the player's. I'd just get this mod, disable random dragon encounters with a second mod, and get to hunting dragons.
sadly it doesnt work in the current version of the game, i used a batch file unlocking the second and third word of every shout to get the same effect this mod would do
When I saw the mod title I assumed it meant that each time you used a shout you used a dragon soul, so you had to kill a dragon each time you wanted to shout. This makes much more sense.
does the mentioned incompatibility to other shout mods also includes the "infinite shouts (No cooldown)" Mod? I´m asking because there doesnt happen anythings when I unlock a shout.
This mod is only incompatible with mods that also edit the scripts used when learning a shout word, which is not the case for "Infinite Shouts".
If second or third word you learn -with this mod installed- are not unlocked when added in your inventory then you probably have another mod overwriting the scripts mentioned in the description.
I was looking for mod like this Thank you.. But I would like to know if it can run with Dragonborn Empowered Shouts ? ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/9078 ) I don't know where to look for compatibility issues sorry
I just tested this and everything is working on my end. I learned the first word through the main quest then the second word in Dead Men's respite and it unlocked as it should. Have you tested with other words ? Are you sure the mod is installed ?
Cool idea, but for balancing, do you think it would be possible to lower the cost as you have but you still need to find the word walls for word 2 and 3?
So, take Tiid'Klo'Ul - You learn Tiid, spend one soul to unlock it, and can only use Tiid. But then when you find the wall to unlock Klo, you don't need to use a second soul. If this could be done as an optional download hats off to you good sir.
Edit: I may have actually read this wrong and this might be how the mod actually works. If someone could confirm that. Sorry, XD

Here I go changing the title again....

Shouts Cost Fewer Souls
I think I will rename it to "Shouts Cost One Soul", it's more explicit.
Thank you..

I played with Improved Dragon Shouts and Enhanced Aura Whisper on oldrim.
