What does this patch cover? This patch uses a esl flagged esp to introduce two outfits - a maskless one with a hood for Nazir, and a generic outfit with a chance of a hood or hood and mask for generic Alik'r warriors.
Further notes
ESL Light Plugin (doesn't use a slot), to define the outfits
Distributed to Nazir (Brotherhood), replacing the recoloured outfit he normally uses
Distributed to members of the Alik'r faction (excluding prisoners) - 25% chance
For random Alik'r faction members there is a 70% chance of getting headgear - 33% chance of the headgear being just a hood, 66% chance of it being a hood and mask
