This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
Reduce Sacrosanct regen malus in sunlight from -1000 to -100, so that regen stacking is viable. Changed lightlevel threshold from 50 to 75 for low light regen to init. This must be enabled in Sacro MCM. Reduced HP malus in sunlight when bloodstarved (stage 4) from -100 to -90, so new characters don't die because of this.
