Correct a lot of conflict with all the patches and the (bad?) ordering of vortex.
Make sure its last in the load order, vortex doesn't put it there.

v13.4 attempted to correct some very intertwined quests. also corrected ingestibles for survival and other CC conflicts.
v13.3 lot of correction of npc and locations, and quests...
v13.2 removed dependency to perkus maximus. author stated it swapped it with perkup but vortex downloaded it anyway, so if you are in the same boat remove it, the two of them conflicts a lot.
v13.1 corrected an error in the OWL CC patch where npc could spawn without armor
