   Thanks for this mod.
   However, this doesn't seem to be working with MCM Recorder. Any fix besides using Toggle Compass Hotkey - Settings Loader instead?

   Mod is not working for me. X does nothing. Is it because I have TrueHud installed?
   edit: nvm. Uncheck toggle on activate in mcm menu and the mod is working now. What is even toggle on activate mean? What does that option do?

      toggle on activate means it toggle with activate/use button like E

   The option to set/change the hotkey in the MCM is greyed out. It's clearly meant to be an option, but I can't find a way to enable the option to change it. Anyone encountered this problem?

   Is there an MCM for this? Have installed and reinstalled like 10 times but don't see any menu for the mentioned options.

   If you're still up for taking suggestions, would it be possible to add a fade out when turning the compass off? Only a second or so, just to make it feel less abrupt?
