Quick and dirty fix to the spell tomes added in the Necromantic Grimoire creation club pack forcing them to spawn on the vendor following the same rules as other conjuration spells.

Quick and dirty fix to the spell tomes added in the Necromantic Grimoire creation club pack forcing them to spawn on the vendor following the same rules as other conjuration spells. Mod changes Phinis Gestor's merchant inventory by deleting the leveled list put in by the cc and manually adding the tomes to the appropriate vanilla leveled list. Tomes will spawn at the correct conjuration level with a 100% chance. No more resetting his inventory over and over. Only base skyrim and dlc esms plus the Necromantic Grimoire cc were used meaning this should work for both AE and SE, though I am unable to test SE. Mods that change Phinis or his merchant inventory may be incompatible.
