Donation Points system
This mod is opted-in to receive Donation Points
when using The midden - expanded and Cities of the north - Winterhold there will be some notes belonging Nelacar who are outside of the frozen heart cell. this patch moves the notes inside nelacar's room. the note and journal are placed on the table in Nelacar's room, same with the ledger.
Compatibility:
-makes no other changes than moving the notes and ledger. compatible with all COTN Winterhold patches unless they do the same thing as this one.
