Adds 3 new characters to the collage of winterhold. It also adds 1 other character that is used throughout (forgot to add diversity of characters but will add later) and 2 letters. This is my first mod and just me experimenting with the creation kit. Ps. this adds nothing to the Myrwatch quest or building, it only ads npcs, letters and a faction.
