Winterstar Tower is a large castle tower playerhome that sits on a secluded island overlooking the northeastern Dawnstar bay. Inspired by the college of Winterhold, this tower has 3 unique luxurious floors, and a large studio-style floor customized for mages and warriors alike.

This mod was designed for Skyrim SE/AE,
It should work with other mods and DLCs, however, if you encounter any incompatibilities, please let us know.
The Northward team brings you a new player home, this large castle tower is located between Dawnstar and Winterhold
Inspired by the college of Winterhold, we felt that the college was lacking certain amenities, that the Dragonborn requires. This mod seeks to capture the same aesthetic as the College of Winterhold, while keeping the player's needs in mind directly.

-The home can be found just north of Hela's Folly. There is no lock requirement, or any other requirement to gain access to the tower, just enjoy.

This secluded tower sits on a small island near the north-eastern edge of Dawnstar bay. Just north of Hela's Folly, this tower castle is now available and up for the taking. Featuring 3 unique luxurious floors:
Floor 1 - The main hall:
The main floor acts as a public space for all inhabitants of the tower. It comes with its own public kitchen space, dinning area and study area with plenty of books to be found throughout. You can access the lord's quarters directly through the main hall or alternatively through the Thane's Quarters.
Floor 2 - Thane's Quarters/Spa:
The lodging for any thanes that serve the lord of the tower. This floor features a spa, with 3 beds and personal chests for followers.
Floor - 3 The Lord's Quarters:
The main attraction of Winterstar tower, the lord's quarters are a studio-style living space for the player. Featuring 3 armor display mannequins and multiple weapon racks for gear, 5 bookshelves that can hold books, and personal containers to store and organize all kinds of items the player has collected.
The tower is NavMesh'd and follower friendly. It has 4 beds (3 for followers), an alchemy station, forge, enchanting workbench, kitchen, smelter, chopping block, spa, and weapon & armor display racks, to display all those great weapons & armors you've collected over the years.
*Note, that there are special no-respawn containers, uniquely named, featured within the house. Use these for specific items if you'd like. Other containers: barrels, crates, sacks, etc shouldn't respawn.
All items already placed around the tower (floors 1-3) will not respawn if moved, picked up, fus roh dah'd, etc.

Unpack and place the .esp file and data files in your corresponding Skyrim SE Data folders:
SteamApps\common\SkyrimSpecialEdition\Data
*Directories may vary depending on your system and installation process*
Or use your preferred Mod organizer
(Remember to activate the Esp.)
*If you run into problems using a mod manager, I recommend trying a manual installation*

Known Issues:
-There are some minor pop-in issues when approaching the tower on foot
-There is a rogue quest door marker for some quests under the floor in the main hall
