Immersive Equipment Displays have a known issue that Scabbard straps on weapons displayed on the left side stick out after installing 'XPMSSE Left Hand Sheath Rotation Fix' optional file from Simple Dual Sheath, a solution was provided by using ImmersiveEquipmentMeshGen Synthesis patcher by SteveTownsend.

From the generated files from Synthesis, I made minor edits to them to fit my collection

Again, this mod was created to work with my collection (most, if not all, vanilla+AE weapons only).
It is strongly recommended that you use Synthesis instead to generate the custom patch for whatever weapon mods you've installed.

How to install it?
Download with a mod manager, use Vortex or MO2.

How to uninstall it?
Remove whenever with your mod manager.

How do I know if it works?
Simply download and try it out in-game.

How do you use Synthesis with Vortex to create your custom patch?
(For a disclaimer, this was originally written for myself, I'm not claiming this to be the absolute correct way.)
If you want to patch things on your own, drag and drop Synthesis into Vortex to install it as a mod, right-click it, click open in the mod manager then click Synthesis to find the appropriate patch. Or you also unzip the Synthesis into where you want first, get the patch, and then zip the outputs and drag and drop into Vortex as a mod. The outputs for the meshes generated should be found in the same folder as where you install Synthesis (select Synthesis in Vortex and under "Actions" choose "Open in File Manager".) After all is done, remove Synthesis as a mod from Vortex and manually delete Synthesis.esp from your Skyrim data folder as it no longer serves a purpose.

How do you use Synthesis with MO2 to create your custom patch?
Here is a video installation guide of Synthesis for MO2 by Mern. May not work exactly the same for Vortex but should be enough to guide you through.
