I'm told that sometimes Mercer Frey might be missing from Irkngthand Sanctuary, and that the TG08RisingWaterScript might get stuck in infinite loop. These are workarounds. --- ESP-FE

Just modified the script to apply the time-honored "Keep It Simple, Stupid (KISS)" design principle.
It still does the same, though.
These possible bugs have been reported, but they never actually happened to me. Anyway, better safe than sorry, I guess -- keep this as safeguard if you think they might happen to you. The most sensible thing would be to merge it into some kind of bashed patch and delete the esp.
