Summary

12 scenic title screens for your Skyrim main menu, paired with the game's iconic score. Presented in 2:35.1 cinematic format and binded with a Skyrim-esque border. These title screens are totally in-keeping with the game's tone and offer a high quality and stylish start to your play session.

These screens will change randomly each time you boot up your game. This mod is a companion piece to my earlier release, JOURNEYMAN - 100 Custom Load Screen Megapack, which will overhaul your load screen experience, consistent with the style of WAYFINDER.

Now a title screen may not be something we all want to click through as fast as possible - WAYFINDER just might give you a new-found appreciation for Skyrim's boot up.

The first two mods are hard requirements. Please also endorse these mods once downloaded, and give the author's the support they deserve. WAYFINDER would not exist without these mods. Clean Menu is highly recommended, if you want the UI to look as it does in the images, with no Skyrim updates, Bethesda logo etc. Menu and Load Smoke Removed is highly recommended - this will clear up the title screens.



Installation


With mod manager or manually. Please install required mods first, and optional mods for a complete experience.

Note: When installing with mod manager, like Mod Organizer 2, it may suggest that the folder structure and data folder cannot be found. Click ignore and the mod will work fine. There is no 'data' folder perse. If this does not work, please install manually;

1. Download required mods and activate
2. Download WAYFINDER archive and extract
3. Place mainmenuwallpapers in Skyrim Special Edition / Data
4. Boot up the game and enjoy

Note on In-Game Graphics

Skyrim's loading screens and main menu operate like a lit studio space; any model placed within it will be lit by the game engine. I have lowered the exposure and highlights of the JPGs to combat this. ENB may have some further effects. For me, the balance is good - you can see these in-game captures in the image section, and compared to the default JPGs.


Compatibility

Needless to say, stay away from other main menu mods. This mod should not conflict with anything else. Please read the install instructions for the required mods carefully - I am not responsible for your experiences for any required mods.
