This is a patch between Windhelm Captial Expansion and the Elder Scolls Online Imports. It focuses on keeping the dummer shanty town from Windhelm Capital Expansion and blending the area together. Cleaned with SSEdit and ESL flagged so it won't add to your load order.

This is a patch between Capital Windhelm Expansion and the Elder Scrolls Online Imports. It focuses on keeping the dummer shanty town from Windhelm along with one of the ruined houses close to the ESO Old Windhelm entrance which serves as a work area for lumber work. I moved around some of the elements to try and make things blend together a bit better. One of the farming idle markers was moved and I added a bunch of snowberry plants to provide an actual little garden area beside one of the homes. I also added a couple more wooden defensive walls to the housing area to reflect having a dungeon on their doorstep. Lastly, the navemesh was edited to smooth over the area and keep NPCs moving around the ESO dungeon entrance and was improved on by ra2phoenix in version 1.1. Cleaned with SSEdit and ESL flagged so it won’t add to your load order.
Huge thanks to SarthesArai for the wonderful ESO Imports and Surjamte for the awesome Capital Windhelm Expansion.
