This is simply a noise.dds file that has been darkened to better match ENB terrain Lods.

Description: As previously stated this is a noise.dds file which is a texture that is applied on top of your terrain lod. I am currently using Tamrielic Landscape Textures and Obsidian Weathers with Rudy ENB. With this setup the terrain lod will match much better.
Installation: Download and install with MO2. Ensure that no other files are overwriting it. For example: A Quality World has a noise.dds file. Simply have this mod overwrite it.
Uninstallation: Install or uninstall at any time this is simply a texture mod.
I'd like to give a shoutout to T4GTR34UM3R who created Majestic Landscapes: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/41857?tab=description (great mod) which is where I got the original noise.dds file from.
