Cheat mod that lets you build Hearthfire homes without needing any materials.

This is a simple cheat mod that lets you build Hearthfire homes, along with any interior furnishings without needing any materials. You must have the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch installed to use it.
There are two files to choose from. Both require the unofficial patch and one also requires the fishing creation club content since it adds an aquarium to the cellar. Only use one file, not both.
I prefer to use Hearthfire homes over modded homes but after doing it so many times, building them has stopped being fun for me. I made this quick mod so I can spend my time exploring and questing instead.
