Summary:
Adds a translucent overlay to (hopefully) every hold banner in Skyrim.
The pairings between hold and pride flag are completely random aside from Riften and Whiterun (which are the Trans and Bi pride flags, respectively, for a friend) and are not meant to compare or "rank" each sexuality/gender/pride flag. They are the samehold-to-pride flag pairs as my other mod, LGBTQ Pride Guard Armour Retexture, because it would look weird otherwise when using both mods together.
Compatibility:
Incompatible with any other mod that edits the banner textures in any way.
Partially incompatible with texture overhauls that include the banners - overwrite the larger texture mod(s) with this one.
