Information You can find William in the Black-Briar Meadery in Riften. When you enter the Black-Briar Meadery, William should be in a chair on your right or to your left next to some barrels. You can tell him to follow you as a follower. William uses the Ebony Sword and Hunting Bow, and wears the Steel Armor. You can talk to him to hear his story.
