Severin Manor too big? Rented room not good enough? Then look no further. You can have your own basement hideaway in The Retching Netch in Raven Rock. Retching Rest is a small place that's suitable for two. Built in wall beds and the top one is player owned. There is no black smithing equipment since you can just use the ones outside but all the other crafting stations are present. I've tested it with my follower and he was able to use all the stations, chairs, and bottom bed with no trouble. There's plenty of storage and really everything you would need during your time on the ashy island. 

Location: Just behind the counter in The Retching Netch, you'll see a small room with a large mead barrel in it. The trapdoor is right next to that barrel.
Installation: Install with your mod manager of choice or unpack the bsa and esp into your Skyrim Special Edition data folder.

This mod will be uploaded for XboxOne but not PS4, because Sony reasons.
