Simple ESL plugin that removes the "Increased to" text whenever you level up a skill. Optional file if you want to remove the sound whenever you level up a skill as well.
If you want a mod that removes the "Discovered" whenever you discover a location, I suggest Undiscover Skyrim SE. You can merge them together at sseedit.
