Adds a crafting manual which is then required in inventory to craft Ophelia Accessories at the forge. Helps you to keep your smithing item list smaller.

Usage:
The crafting manual can be found in eldergleam sanctuary. Alternatively you can retrieve it via console or mods like AddItemMenu. While carrying the crafting manual in your inventory the Ophelia Accessories appear in your Smithing menu. You can replicate the crafting manual at a forge with 2 paper rolls, 1 quill and 1 inkwell.
