I made the following changes:
The xWMAEncode and BmlFuzEncode tools are from Yakitori Audio Converter by BowmoreLover.
This mod is self-contained and does not require the original mod.

I made the following changes:
- Compacted the FormIDs and set the ESL flag in the ESP file.
- Renamed the wav and lip files to match the new compacted FormIDs.
- Used the xWMAEncode tool to convert the wav files to xwm.
- Used the BmlFuzEncode tool to combine the xwm and lip files into fuz files.
- Packed all the fuz files into a BSA.
