Thanks to the original Mod creator Dominoid For creating an ambitious mod in 2013 that did so much. Skyrim is literally unplayable without it once you've tried it. Runewolf for expanding upon that idea and keeping the dream alive. And wSkeever for the actual mod that this mod requires.
