There doesn't seem to be a CP for the newest version of TKAA so I put this together in XEdit.
a) Added Prince & pauper outfits to TKAA NPC appearance data
b) Added a few Unofficial patch records lacking in TKAA
c) Added TKAA race data to Prince and Pauper outfits
d) Changed the Index from 1 to 0 on the male Armor Addons Torso Clothing texture set subrecords (apparently this fixes a problem where male children have lumberjack clothing regardless of what clothing you gift to them). I haven't tested it, but read about this issue and the remedy in the Prince and pauper comments section.
As far as my tiny brain can fathom, this CP should work.
