Changes the stats of many weapons added by Reforging - To The Masses to make them more in line with vanilla balancing.

Changes almost every weapon added by RFM to be more in line with vanilla balancing. The vast majority of weapons have been nerfed substantially, with a few exceptions. Certain weapons in some categories have had 1 point of damage added or subtracted along with 2 points of weight added or subtracted, respectively, compared to their vanilla counterparts - which is generally consistent with how vanilla handles how damage relates to weight in any given category. Please leave any suggestions for improving the mod in the comments.

This mod has now been updated in accordance with user feedback. New changes include fixes to reach, stagger, speed, crit data, keywords, and the ridiculously overpowered spears. Thank you for your patience!
