You can knock an arrow out of the air. Catch a fly between your fingertips. Beat your friends at Tetris. You have the fastest reflexes in the West. But if I plop a weighted vest on you, all that goes away. You see, heavy weight interferes with intra-neural connections and prions and whatnot, rendering you so uncoordinated that instead of pulling on your horse's reins you punch yourself in the face.
That makes no damned sense.
(What This Mod Does)
Combat Reflexes Tweak:
Combat Reflexes power works while in Heavy Armor. That's it. No tweaks to stamina costs, duration, slow time factor or anything else (though I personally lower the stamina drain duration from 18 to 15 seconds in my game, cause that ability is really freakin' expensive to use). Tweak all you want.
