About this mod

The original mod now remade in SP. Regenerate mana while holding and charging spells! It was always weird that you could hold a Firebolt for 10 seconds in combat and waste what mana you may have gotten back in that time. Works with staves! No fret now! Fully customizable, extremely lite-weight, compatible with everything!

I always found it weird mana regeneration was cancelled while you charged up a spell. Sure, it might be considered cheating, but if you're sitting there waiting for an enemy to peak around the corner, holding the spell for an extensive amount of time isn't fun.
Now, regain some mana while you wait for the enemy to come out.


FEATURES
  • Extremely lightweight, will not damper performance at all
  • Naturally works with staves! It's weird you don't regenerate whilst using a staff, ain't it?
  • Customizable
  • Regenerates at a percentage of your regular rate. Change it from 0% to 150% (I prefer the default 100%).
  • Change how many seconds must pass before the mod kicks in
  • Change how many seconds, after the delay, the mod should be active. You could regenerate 150% your regular rate but only for a few seconds.
  • Settings persist across saves, thanks to MCM Helper
  • Compatible with everything, as long as it's an "aimed" type spell, like Firebolt or Chain Lightning; holding Candlelight won't do anything.
  • Leaves no script impact on your save (except for the single Quest, but that's only for the MCM). Uninstall at any time.

FAQ
  • "My spells aren't triggering it!"
Is it an "aimed" spell, like the aforementioned? If so, maybe your spell is using custom animation events. This mod triggers on "MRh_SpellAimedStart" and "MLh_SpellAimedStart" and "DualMagic_SpellAimedStart" animation events.
