Compatible with anything. Really. Well, except weathers mod that use their own particle effects. In which case this does nothing.
This works for:

This mod has been made with the help of SSEEdit. This is because Creation Kit has a bug related to particles that completely destroys the edited particle. Heh, Bethesda, right?
