Adds a Native-American-inspired sweat lodge and small cabin near Ivarstead behind Shroud Heath Barrow. There's a certain Revenant-inspired NPC there (Hugin) who functions as a pelt and leather dealer and who'll let you sleep in his cabin and use his sweat lodge (he wouldn't have you freezing to death in a ditch of anything like that--he used to be an adventurer like you; then he got mauled by a bear).

The cabin has a cooking pot and a safe player item storage area (clearly marked). Outside there's a tanning rack and firewood chopping area. The homestead has a map marker so that you can fast travel here after the location is discovered.

Hugin heads into Ivarstead to the Vilemyr Inn on Saturdays and Wednesdays and the rest of the week hangs around his homestead, does chores, and takes it easy in his sweat lodge.

Sitting in the sweat lodge on the floor pads for a while will give you a unique (temporary) buff. The longer you sit, the stronger it will be (up to a point). The interior of the sweat lodge is small but still navmeshed and should be follower-friendly. If you're running mods to make your followers sit and relax it should work here, though I've heard these aren't working after the AE rollout.

This is a small space and hard to make look good from all camera angles; I think it looks slightly better in 3rd person.
