Increases the duration of bound weapons in Mysticism from 60s to 86313600s - meaning they last practically forever. Spell durations on bound weapons only really serves to be an annoyance, as a character specializing in them is going to recast them anyways, and generally want to not have to stop mid-combat to have to wait for their magicka to regen, then recast the spell.
Might make an optional version that applies a magicka debuff which would reduce your maximum magicka by the casting cost of the bound weapon - effectively making them reserve your magicka to use.
