There are several additional patches that should be included here, although none are critical:
The Midden Store Room Key in the Arcanaeum ought to be moved from the original location of Urag's desk to the new location.
In the Arch-Mage's Quarter's, there's a "Note to Archmage" that is floating in OCW. It should be moved to some other table surface. The best place for it, arguably, is on the Arch-Mage's desk in the center of the configurable room space, so the note would require an enable parent that is shared with the other items in this configuration. However it could also more easily be moved to any of the tables around the outside of the room.
In the Hall of Attainment, there is a note to Arniel Gane which is partially covered by a new chest. It should be moved to his desk.
In the Hall of Countenance, there is a book added to Phinis Gestor's room which is overlapping a strongbox added by OCW.
Found some more incompatibility between the two mods, namely clipping objects and a roombound issue. I fixed both here https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/933234963153838091/1127604421539418212/OCW_TME_patch.zip feel free to upload it.
The lite version should not need this patch, as it does not modify existing areas. Or at least that is my understanding, I have not used the lite version.
